One male security officer was mimicking a basketball player as he shot a non-existent ball. I was elated to see a two security SUVs apparently hard at work chit chatting with one another. We walked around the parking lot for about 30 minutes in 50 degree temperature, my wife expecting and 6 year old daughter. We weren't that familiar and everything appeared to look different under the cover of darkness. Unfortunately we exited the mall on the wrong side. My family and I ate at the Rainforest Cafe where my 6 year old daughter really enjoys the experience.

I refuse to give money to a company that is incompetent and doesn't know how to properly train their employees in customer service. These sales associates really need an attitude adjustment. Moreover, if you ask them for a dust bag, they give you these dirty looks and one employee even turned around and walked away while I was asking her something. Liar, because I've asked similar questions and sometimes they do have some in the back and check. One time, I found a bag I really liked and wanted to know if the SA had extra in the back that were less "scratched" and she rudely told me that "Whats on the floor is the only thing we have". For someone intending to spend $100+ on a handbag you'd think the SA would have the decency of asking you ANYTHING. First of all, the store is completely overcrowded and because of the amount of people walking in an out of the store, most of the items have been moved around and what you think is 50% really is only 20% and so forth. However I find myself receiving less than acceptable behavior from this store. I'm a local and love to visit Sawgrass Mills for a good bargain.
